High-Performance Mechanical Seal Washpipe

The JJC high-performance mechanical seal washpipe uses a proprietary patented design (Chinese invention patent 201510346602.7; US invention patent 9,976,359 B2) and a new composite ceramic as the seal ring material, offering long service life, simple installation and maintenance, and high reliability. Especially under high-temperature, high-pressure and high-speed conditions, its life far exceeds that of conventional packing-type washpipes. It suits all top drive models and is well received by customers.

Long Service Life

Operating life under pressure reaches 2,000 hours, fundamentally solving the short service life of conventional washpipe seals under high-temperature, high-pressure and high-speed drilling conditions.

Easy and Fast Maintenance

A seal ring can be replaced in 10 minutes with a single ratchet wrench, significantly improving efficiency, reducing labor intensity and enhancing operational safety.

Wide Application Range

The stationary ring tracks the rotating ring exceptionally well, greatly relaxing installation tolerance requirements. Suitable for all operating environments and top drive models — install and run.

High Performance

The main body uses high-strength stainless steel for corrosion resistance; the seal ring friction pair uses a high-performance composite ceramic material that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, capable of withstanding 120 °C and 52.5 MPa.
