Well-Site Support and Equipment Repair & Maintenance
We provide fault diagnosis and on-site repair for critical drilling equipment such as top drives, drawworks, pipe handlers and iron roughnecks, and optimize design defects to improve operational reliability.
Electrical System Upgrade
We provide system upgrades and routine maintenance for AC variable frequency drive systems (VFD), motor control centers (MCC) and generator power distribution control systems (GEN).
Control System Software and Hardware Services
We provide fault diagnosis and repair for rig integrated control systems, plus software parameter adjustment, backup and updates for key components such as controllers and touch screens.
Professional Technical Training
We provide technical training in drilling equipment operation, repair, maintenance and fault diagnosis, and have developed visualized training software and simulation training equipment for key drilling equipment such as top drives and drawworks — highly practical and well received by customers.
On-Site Repair of Key Equipment
On request, we dispatch professional engineers with spare parts to customer sites for fault diagnosis, repair and commissioning of critical drilling equipment, helping customers resolve on-site issues without delay.
Equipment 4S-Shop Maintenance
We provide 4S-shop maintenance services. Customers can deliver complete equipment to our factory for scheduled or full overhauls; we provide inspection reports and a post-repair warranty for the whole machine.
System Commissioning and Maintenance
We provide commissioning and maintenance of the electronic driller control system for the entire drilling platform, along with customized modifications on request.
System Upgrade
We provide software and hardware upgrades for drilling package integrated control systems (such as Cyberbase and Amphion), including full renewal and upgrading of electric drive system software and hardware.
Drilling Rig Automation Retrofit
To customer requirements, we upgrade aging rigs into optimally customized automated rigs, helping customers reduce headcount, increase speed and improve quality and efficiency. We offer turnkey service from design and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, training and maintenance.
