JJC's Tripro® intelligent drilling robot cluster system (pipe handling automation system) has recently obtained certification under the second batch of Beijing's 2024 major technical equipment (first-of-its-kind) programme — strong evidence of JJC's major technological breakthrough in robotics and intelligent manufacturing.
The Tripro® intelligent drilling robot cluster system was first developed by JJC and holds numerous intellectual property rights. Through R&D on large digital equipment and breakthroughs in core algorithms and control systems, it improves operating efficiency by 50%-100% over traditional methods while cutting personnel exposure to operating risk by more than 95%. The system suits onshore and offshore rigs and withstands extreme temperatures, weather and other harsh conditions. It has now been deployed on many rigs of PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, winning high praise from customers.
